Restaurant Castelladral

Restaurant of traditional Catalan cuisine with touches of modernity, always using local and seasonal products.
In the kitchen we find Quim Miró as a chef, owner and sommelier who loves grandma's cooking, and Oriol López as a head of the restaurant, who is passionate about fusion cuisine between traditional stoves and modernity. The restaurant is located in a natural viewpoint of Pla de Bages with spectacular views and in the medieval center of Castelladral (Navàs), a completely picturesque picture.
